Terms of Service

Super Media (supermedia.space), the SuperSave Chrome extension and the SuperClip Chrome extension are operated by balubenko, Inc., a United States corporation. By purchasing or using them, you agree to these terms.

SuperSave

Use SuperSave only for content you own or are authorized to save, in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the websites you visit. The $29.99 USD payment grants lifetime access to the current SuperSave product and future updates for as long as the product remains available. “Lifetime” refers to the product lifetime, not the purchaser’s lifetime.

SuperClip

You are responsible for what you record and share. Record only what you have the right to record, and get consent from people you record where the law requires it. Don’t use SuperClip for illegal, infringing, abusive or harmful content. We may remove such videos and disable their links.

Anyone who has a video’s link can watch it. Keep links private if the content is private. Videos can be deleted permanently from the video page or your library; deleted videos can’t be restored.

The free Starter plan includes up to 25 cloud videos of up to 5 minutes each at up to 720p. Plan limits may change with notice.

Subscriptions

SuperClip Business is billed monthly or yearly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the extension (Plan → Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
