1Click Downloader for Instagram Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 23, 2026

This policy covers 1Click Downloader for Instagram — Photos, Reels & Stories, version 1.0.0, Chrome extension ID fdpabnnnofmmdekbipciplcaboigajan. It is provided by SuperMedia, operated by balubenko, Inc., a United States corporation. Visits to SuperMedia follow our website privacy policy.

What the extension accesses

1Click reads Instagram page content and responses to identify the photo, video, Reel, carousel slide or Story you choose to save. This includes usernames, account and post IDs, timestamps, thumbnails and media URLs needed to locate the file and name your download. It uses your existing Instagram session, including cookies, request headers and page tokens, to request content available to you. You do not give us your Instagram password.

Media is retrieved directly from Instagram and Meta’s media servers and saved through Chrome to your device. Media, page content, usernames, filenames, source URLs, cookies and session tokens are not uploaded to SuperMedia or our reporting service. This release has no SuperMedia account, cloud upload, transcription, payment or partner-recommendation feature.

Usage and error reports

Reporting is enabled by default. The extension sends SuperMedia a random installation identifier, event and operation identifiers, extension version, installation and first-use milestones, download outcomes, fixed error codes, download category, item count and elapsed time. Server records include receipt times and a network-derived code that rotates daily for rate limiting. These reports help us measure reliability and find broken downloads. They exclude media, Instagram usernames, captions, filenames, source URLs, browsing history, cookies and credentials. The identifiers distinguish installations and attempts; they are not your Instagram account ID.

Version 1.0.0 has no settings screen or in-product reporting switch. Disabling or uninstalling the extension stops new extension reports. 1Click does not open a feedback page when uninstalled.

Providers, use and sharing

Instagram/Meta receives requests needed to retrieve your selected content. Vercel hosts the SuperMedia reporting endpoint, and Supabase stores diagnostic records. Hosting providers receive ordinary connection information, including IP addresses and browser information. Providers may process data outside your country. Reports are sent over HTTPS without SuperMedia account credentials.

We use information for the disclosed download feature, reliability, support, security and legal obligations. Access is restricted to authorized personnel for these purposes. We do not sell extension user data, use it for personalized advertising, or transfer it to data brokers. Necessary disclosures may be made to service providers or when required by law.

Storage, retention and deletion

Cached profile IDs, request information, installation identifiers and reporting state remain in local extension storage until replaced, cleared or uninstalled. Temporary session tokens and loaded Story data are cached locally. Downloaded files and Chrome’s download history are managed separately by you and Chrome.

Pending reports are capped at 100; reports seven days old are dropped when the queue is processed. Diagnostic records older than 30 days are removed by daily service cleanup; cleanup failures may delay removal. Hosting security and operational logs follow the provider’s retention practices. Uninstalling clears extension storage but does not delete downloaded files or diagnostic records already received.

Your choices and contact

You can disable or uninstall 1Click through Chrome and manage saved files on your device. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact info@verblike.com. Include your installation identifier if available; do not send passwords, cookies, session tokens or private media. We may verify a request and retain information required for security or legal obligations.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

Our use of information received through Google APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Instagram data is used only for the disclosed download feature and its operation, never for personalized advertising, creditworthiness or lending.

We update this page and its effective date when these practices change. Super Downloader has a separate privacy policy.
