Super Sort Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026
This policy covers Super Sort, also known as Super Feed Sorter or Insta Sorter, Chrome extension ID gajabapfclmedbbmhdacabmnhcbpmgdj, and its connected Super Media features. Super Media is operated by balubenko, Inc., a United States corporation. Our website privacy policy covers the other Super Media products.
Instagram data stays in your browser
The extension reads information available on Instagram pages you open: usernames, profile information, post captions, media links, thumbnails, dates and engagement counts. It uses that information to sort posts and Reels, show statistics, collect posts, export tables and download selected media. Instagram requests use your existing browser session; you do not give Super Media your Instagram password.
Sorting, collection, exports and downloads run locally. We do not upload your saved profiles, Instagram feed, captions, detected Instagram media links, browsing history or Instagram cookies to Super Media for those features.
When you choose transcription
Transcription requires a Super Media account and starts when you select Transcribe. The extension downloads the chosen Reel into browser memory, extracts its audio and uploads only that audio to private storage. The original video is not uploaded by this transcription flow.
Super Media processes the audio, duration, job status, transcript and usage under your account. Our transcription service reads the audio through a temporary link that expires within an hour and is restricted to an active job. The extension stores the returned transcript locally so you can read, copy or export it.
Accounts, payments and service providers
When you connect an account, the extension stores your account email and a device session token locally. The token authenticates cloud requests; it is not included in diagnostic reports. We keep account, device, cloud-job and usage records to provide the service and apply plan limits.
- Supabase processes account authentication and stores account, job, usage and diagnostic records.
- Vercel hosts Super Media, stores uploaded audio privately and provides website analytics. Hosting requests expose ordinary network information, such as IP addresses and request times, to the hosting service.
- Apify and Steadyfetch Team, the operator of the Media Transcriber service, process the selected audio and return the transcript.
- Stripe processes payments and billing details when you upgrade. Super Media receives payment status and relevant customer/subscription details, not complete card numbers.
- Instagram/Meta receives normal requests from your browser when you browse Instagram or retrieve its media. Those requests follow Instagram’s own privacy practices.
Providers may process information outside your country. We use data to deliver the requested features, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, provide support and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell extension user data or use it for advertising.
Usage and error reports
Client usage and error reporting is on by default. Reports contain a random installation identifier, extension version, action or milestone, categorized error, timestamp and reference ID. Milestones include installation, first action, first success, a cloud-feature attempt and an upgrade attempt. Verified sign-in and successful paid upgrades are recorded by the service. Connected reports may be associated with your account.
Reports exclude media content, transcripts, captions, filenames, Instagram media URLs, browsing history, cookies and credentials. Only authorized admins can access the product analytics dashboard. Rate limiting uses a rotating derived network identifier rather than storing your raw IP address in these reports.
Turn off Settings → Share usage & error reports to stop new client reports and clear queued reports. When reporting is enabled, uninstalling opens a feedback page with the random installation identifier; when disabled, the uninstall page has no installation identifier. Feedback is optional. Reasons and a note of up to 500 characters are stored separately; links and email addresses are removed. Please do not include sensitive information.
Storage and retention
- On your device: settings, saved profiles/posts, cached transcripts and account connection data remain until you remove them or clear the extension’s storage. Pending diagnostic reports are capped at 100 and expire after seven days.
- Audio and provider run storage: deletion is requested when a transcription job completes, fails or is canceled. Cleanup failures can delay removal. The temporary audio link stops working when the job is no longer active.
- Cloud transcripts: results expire after 24 hours; expired results are removed by service cleanup. Copies saved locally or exported remain on your device.
- Diagnostics and uninstall feedback: records older than 30 days are removed by daily cleanup.
- Account, job, billing and security records: retained as needed to operate your account, maintain cloud activity, prevent abuse and meet legal or accounting obligations. Provider operational records follow their own retention practices.
Cloud requests use HTTPS. Audio storage is private, and access is restricted through verified account ownership and temporary links. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can use local sorting, collection, downloads and exports without signing in. You can decline transcription, turn off client reports, sign out, remove saved profiles in Settings, or clear all extension storage by uninstalling. Uninstalling does not delete files you already downloaded/exported, your Super Media account, or its server records.
For access, correction or deletion of server-side personal information, contact info@verblike.com. Include the account email or installation identifier if you have it; do not send passwords, session tokens or private media. We may verify your identity before acting on a request and retain records required for legal, security or accounting purposes.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
Super Sort’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Instagram data accessed through Chrome is used only for the disclosed extension features and their operation. It is not sold or transferred for personalized advertising, data brokerage, creditworthiness or lending.

We update this page and its effective date when these practices change. Privacy questions and data requests: info@verblike.com.
